An appointment is required for tours, so we can arrange for a member of our staff to be your guide.
You can augment your tour by visiting our Facebook page to view hundreds of photos and videos taken by our crew over the years.
As a reminder, a tour is not required for reservations, and we are ready to help care for your pet when you need us.
Tours are done outside on the grounds around the facility; we do this to ensure a safe work environment inside the building for our staff.

Though we wish to always be accommodating, our boarding guests come first and we cannot guarantee unscheduled tours.
If you wish to bring your pet along for the tour, their vaccine records must be up to date and provided to us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
