Accommodations

Feline guests stay in private, peaceful quarters, away from dog areas and protected from dog noises or smells
Each feline guest stays in a secure open-air multi-level cabana with plenty of climbing room and comfortable nap space just for them
A large, bright window allows interested kitties to watch activity happening in our outdoor garden area
We ask that you bring your pet's own familiar food from home; please send extra portions in case your plans change unexpectedly
We can usually accommodate special diet requirements, and administer basic oral or topical medications at meal times; please discuss medication or special feeding needs with us in advance when making your reservation, and remember to bring the necessary items with your pet during check-in
We provide all cat guests with soft, comfortable bedding; our collection of overstuffed pillows, open soft nest beds, soft cave-style beds, and privacy curtains allow us to provide each cat with the specific comforts they need to feel relaxed, protected, and at ease while they are with us
We choose bedding and toy items which can be machine-washed and thoroughly disinfected
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and health protection possible; our facilities and equipment are cleaned and disinfected using the same protocols and products as veterinary offices
Our cat facilities have their own dedicated heating and air conditioning, always set for maximum kitty comfort no matter the season
Pet-specific HEPA filtration to keep their environment clean and smelling fresh
24/7 monitoring of cat facilities ambient temperature and humidity, with automated immediate alerts to the crew if readings go beyond our set high and low limits
Personal care all day long and private security camera monitoring through the night
Our pet care facility is equipped with emergency generators in case of power outages, is set up for alternative heating and cooling methods if there is an HVAC failure, and is supplied with water from our private well, all ensuring our furry guests remain comfortable and safe no matter what

Our family lives on-site, which provides added security and continual care of our guests regardless of inclement weather, local road conditions, etc

Cat Toy Time: Interactive playtime with a crew member and our varied and exciting selection of cat toys ($5 each, maximum 4x per day)
Cat Cuddle Time: Additional attention time for cats who love being petted, cuddles, snuggles, being carried around, and generally loved-on ($5 each, maximum 4x per day)
Cat Fur Brushing: Recommended for cats who emotionally enjoy being brushed, or for older cats who need grooming support ($5 each, maximum 2x per day)
Art Craft Activity: Our crew helps your cat create a fun personalized craft to bring home ($10 each, maximum 1x per week)
Cat Bedtime Story: A crew member sits with your cat and reads them a sweet kitty-themed picture book before bedtime ($5 each, maximum 1x per day)
