Accommodations:

Lodgings include a large, private, climate-controlled indoor room, and an attached extra-large, private, shaded outdoor patio, and supervised access to one or more of our oversized play yards
Every canine guest is escorted outside to one of our play yards multiple times a day for physical activity, fresh air, and opportunities to use the bathroom
One of their included daily outdoor excursions is a 20-30 minute Play/Potty Time (additional enrichment options are listed below)
We provide all dog guests with soft, comfortable bedding; our collection of overstuffed pillows, soft nest beds, cuddly blankets, chew-proof elevated cots, and rubber mats (to aid dogs needing additional traction assistance due to mobility issues) allows us to provide each dog with the specific comforts they need to feel relaxed, protected, and at ease while they are with us
We ask that you bring your dog's own familiar food from home; send extra portions in case your plans change unexpectedly, and their slow bowl or elevated bowls if they use those at home
We can usually accommodate special diet requirements, and administer basic oral or topical medications at meal times; please discuss medication or special feeding needs with us in advance when making your reservation, and remember to bring the necessary items with your pet during check-in
We choose bedding and toy items which can be primarily machine-washed and always thoroughly disinfected between uses
Our dog lodgings and play yards were constructed with thorough cleaning and disinfection in mind; in addition to our daily cleaning protocols, we regularly pressure wash the dog rooms and patios with disinfection solution, and regularly disinfect our play yards and other shared areas
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and health protection possible; our facilities and equipment are cleaned and disinfected using the same protocols and products as veterinary offices
Our dog facilities have their own dedicated heating and air conditioning system
24/7 monitoring of dog facilities ambient temperature and humidity, with automated immediate alerts to the crew if readings go beyond our set high and low limits
Personal care all day long and private security camera monitoring through the night
Our pet care facility is equipped with emergency generators in case of power outages, is set up for alternative heating and cooling methods if there is an HVAC failure, and is supplied with water from our private well, all ensuring our furry guests remain comfortable and safe no matter what
Our family lives on-site, which provides added security and continual care of our guests regardless of inclement weather, local road conditions, etc

Art Craft Activity: Our crew helps your dog create a fun personalized craft to bring home ($10 each, maximum 1x per week)
Dog Bedtime Story: Quiet cuddles as we read a sweet dog-themed picture book to your pup before bedtime ($5 each, maximum 1x per day)

Spa & Grooming:

Nail Trim: Nail trim and dremmel as needed ($10)
Nail Polish: Fun and colorful pet-safe nontoxic nail polish ($10)
Nail Trim & Nail Polish Combo: Nail trim and dremmel as needed, followed by fun and colorful pet-safe nontoxic nail polish ($15)
Ear Cleaning: Cleaning of the outer ear canal and inside the ear flap using cotton balls, soft cloths, and a pH-balancing solution specially formulated to gently remove ear grime and deodorize; a pleasant cleaning service only, not for dogs with medical conditions of the ear ($10)
Bath: Warm water, shampoo, warm water rinse, towel & blow dry; so fresh and so clean (pricing based on dog and coat condition)
Deshedding Bath: For shorter fur with no mats or knots; comb and brush out, use dryer to blow loose fur from coat, ear cleaning, nail trim, warm water, shampoo, conditioner if needed, warm water rinse, towel & blow dry, final brush out (pricing based on dog and coat condition)
Dematting Bath: For longer or knotted coats; removal of individual mats and knots via combing and/or trimming them out, followed by a Deshedding Bath service (pricing based on dog and coat condition)
Partial Grooming: Dematting Bath or Deshedding Bath plus a partial haircut (sometimes referred to as a Face/Feet/Fanny; pricing based on dog and coat condition; haircut services require management approval)
Full Grooming: Dematting Bath or Deshedding Bath plus a full-body haircut (pricing based on dog and coat condition; haircut services require management approval)
