Please contact your vet's office to confirm your pet is up-to-date on all the required vaccines listed below, and have them email your pet's current record to us at [email protected]. Vaccine records must be received by us no later than a week prior to your pet's boarding appointment. If your pet's boarding is less than a week out, please contact us as soon as possible at 770-894-4100. (Apologies, but we are unable to accept records of owner or breeder administered vaccinations.)
It is the owner's responsibility to make sure their pet's vaccines are all up to date and communicated to us prior to boarding. Healthy adult pets with expired or missing vaccines cannot be checked in.
For dogs, we require veterinary proof of: Rabies Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo (DHPP) Bordetella (canine cough) Canine Influenza (CIV) For cats, we require veterinary proof of: Rabies FVRCP (viral rhinotracheitis/calicivirus/panleukopenia) Feline Leukemia
Holiday reservations may require an advance non-refundable deposit which will be applied toward your final invoice.
