Any updates to your pet's vaccination records must be emailed to us at [email protected]. Vaccine records must be received by us no later than 2 days prior to your pet's visit, because surprises happen, vaccines are sometimes unexpectedly missing or expired; having the records with advance time allows us to identify and help resolve such issues rather than turn you away at the last moment! Please let us know if you have a vet appointment scheduled in the two days before your pet visits us, so we know when to expect updated records, which we must receive before you bring your pet to check-in. Feel free to copy the vaccines list below and share it with your vet clinic when you take your pets for their annual checkups. (Apologies, but we are unable to accept records of owner or breeder administered vaccinations.)
It is the owner's responsibility to make sure their pet's vaccines are all up to date and communicated to us prior to boarding. Healthy adult pets with expired or missing vaccines cannot be checked in.

Bordetella (canine cough)
Canine Influenza (CIV)
For cats, we require veterinary proof of:
Rabies
FVRCP (viral rhinotracheitis/calicivirus/panleukopenia)
Feline Leukemia
