Once we have received your information and entered your pet's stay into our system, we will give you a call. At that time we will collect your credit card information and any remaining information needed to complete your reservation.
If you need to board your pet sooner than 24 hours from now, please call us directly at 770-894-4100 to expedite your reservation process.
Cancellation of holiday reservations with less than 14 days notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
To help us better serve our customers and furry guests during this time, we will be scheduling all onsite appointments at our facility within three set times each day:
8:30am-9:30am, 12:30pm-1:30pm, and 4pm-5pm.
This framework will greatly help us maximize our time spent caring for boarding and grooming guests. We are still operating seven days a week, and you may call or email at any time just like always. This daily block scheduling does not apply to PetBus trips, which will continue to be arranged on an individual basis.
For the comfort and health of our staff and customers, our building is currently restricted to staff only. We are utilizing social distancing and masks for all carhop and PetBus customer interactions. Facility tours and public lobby access will resume at a future date.
